We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can help make our brand feel more alive, more engaging, and more culturally relevant online.
About the Role
This is not just a “post and log out” social media role.
We’re looking for someone who understands how to make a brand feel active, desirable, and worth paying attention to every day. Someone who can manage publishing, engagement, story activity, community interaction, and organic content coordination with real consistency.
You will manage both:
- ITURA’s social media accounts
- the founders’ social media accounts
For ITURA, you will help coordinate and publish content, write captions, drive daily engagement, manage stories, reply to comments, research trends, and pitch strong content ideas using tools like OnePeak and TikTok.
For the founders’ accounts, your role will mainly focus on posting, scheduling, engagement, replies, and keeping the pages active and intentional.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
ITURA Account Management
- Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling across ITURA’s social media platforms
- Write captions that feel on-brand, warm, engaging, and clear
- Ensure the feed is posted consistently and intentionally
- Post stories proactively and frequently to drive engagement
- Reply to comments quickly and in the right brand voice
- Help make the brand feel active, responsive, and socially alive
Founder Account Management
- Manage posting, collaborations and scheduling for Founder’s accounts
- Reply to comments and relevant DMs
- Keep founder accounts active, engaging, and useful to the wider brand
- Support with light content coordination where needed
Organic Content Coordination
- Use Internal tools to research strong content ideas, formats, and hooks
- Use TikTok as a playground for spotting new formats and trends
- Pitch 5 strong viral-format video ideas every month.
- Write simple scripts and content briefs for organic reels
- Recommend which of our UGC creators are best suited for each concept
- Work closely with the Head of Content, designer, photographer, video editor, and creators to ensure content gets made and posted
Community Engagement
- Like, comment, reply, and engage strategically to improve visibility and interaction
- Help encourage stronger engagement when posts go live
- Make sure no important comment section is left cold or ignored
- Support the growth of a genuine online community around the brand
Performance Tracking
- Track what content formats are performing well
- Report weekly on engagement, story performance, and learnings
- Share clear insights on what is working, what is weak, and what should be repeated
- Help the team identify content patterns that can improve organic performance over time
What Success Looks Like
In this role, success will look like:
- ITURA’s pages feel active, engaging, and consistent
- Story views improve significantly
- Posts receive more comments, saves, and shares
- Founder accounts feel more intentional and alive
- The content team gets stronger organic ideas every month
- At least one strong viral content win emerges over time
- Social media begins helping build visible demand for future activations like a pop-up event
Who You’ll Work With
You will report directly to the Head of Content.

Who You Are
You are organized, internet-savvy, proactive, and genuinely good at making social pages feel alive.
You are likely someone who:
- Has experience managing brand or creator social media accounts
- Understands Instagram and TikTok deeply
- Knows how to spot trends without becoming tacky or off-brand
- Can write engaging captions and social copy
- Is strong with follow-through and consistency
- Understands how to grow engagement, not just post content
- Is responsive, thoughtful, and detail-oriented
- Can work independently without needing constant supervision
- Has strong taste and knows when something feels right for the brand
- Enjoys both the creative and operational side of social media
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Manager, Community Manager, or similar role
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, story strategy, and engagement tactics
- Experience managing posting calendars and social media workflows
- Strong caption writing and content coordination skills
- Good judgment when responding to comments, DMs, and public interactions
- A clear eye for what makes content engaging, saveable, and shareable
- Experience working with creators, editors, designers, or content teams
- The ability to work remotely with discipline and consistency
Experience in ecommerce, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or luxury brands is a strong advantage.

- You are only comfortable with scheduling posts, but not engaging with people
- You are not deeply online and curious about content formats
- You struggle with consistency
- You cannot balance speed with good judgment
