Refund policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at returns@iturajewelry.com with clear photos of the item(s) in their original packaging. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization. Approved returns must be shipped back to the following address: [31 Ibrahim Odofin Street, Lekki Penninsula II, Lekki 106104, Lagos].



Return Shipping & Fees

  • For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind, sizing, buyer’s remorse), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from the final refund.

  • A 10% restocking fee will also be deducted from refunds for non-defective returns, to cover handling, repackaging, and quality control.

  • For defective or incorrect items, ITURA will cover return shipping in full and no restocking fee will apply.



Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discount items (final sale)

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (following the return process above), and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.



European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. As above, items must be in original, unworn condition, with packaging and proof of purchase.



Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.
