Depending on the design, our pieces are handmade from scratch using a combination of these two materials.

Gold Vermeil on Sterling Silver:
Sterling silver is a high quality material that continues to rise in value and scarcity and is nickel free and hypoallergenic, meaning it's the perfect option for sensitive skin.
We then plate it in a thick layer of 18k Gold of at least 3 microns. This is 6 times thicker and longer-lasting than regular "gold-plated" jewelry, and 100 times thicker than flash-plated jewelry.

Gold Vermeil on 316L: One of the safest and purest metals on earth, and the toughest we could find. 316L Steel is hypoallergenic, strong, scratch resistant, and holds gold better than silver.
We then add at least 3 microns of 18k Gold on top. This means you own a piece that’s safe for sensitive skin, waterproof and shines for years to come.

3-Year Warranty

We believe your most-loved pieces should last a lifetime. That’s why we offer a complimentary 3-year warranty on every piece. Beyond that, we provide lifetime repairs for a small fee—so you can keep wearing your jewelry for years to come.

Replating Service

Noticing your Gold Vermeil jewelry losing its shine? We’ll happily replate it to restore its original brilliance.

Repairs & Replacements

If your piece needs a little
care and restoration, we’ll repair it and send it back—good as new. If it’s beyond repair and still within your 3-year warranty, we’ll replace it or offer you a store voucher.

Ring Resizing

We can resize most rings up to two sizes up or down. However, some designs can't be resized due to their structure. If you’re unsure, contact our Customer Care team before purchasing.

• If it starts to lose its shine, gently polish it with the soft cloth provided.
  
• When not in use, store your pieces in their original ITURA box (included with every order)
