At ITURA, content is not just for aesthetics. It is a core part of how we grow. Our paid content engine helps us generate demand, test ideas quickly, and turn product collections into high-performing campaigns.

We are looking for a Content Manager who can help us scale that engine with more discipline, more volume, and better creative judgment.

About the Role

This is a paid-content-focused role for someone who knows how to turn ideas into a reliable flow of usable creative.

The Content Manager will report to the Head of Content and will be responsible for managing content production across assigned product collections. You will research winning ideas, turn those ideas into scripts, assign content to UGC creators, manage creators through delivery, and make sure content moves from idea to delivered asset in an organized and timely way.

This is not a generic social media role. This role is primarily about building and managing the content pipeline that powers our marketing.

What You’ll Own

You will be responsible for the execution of content across assigned collections, including:

Collection Content Execution

  • Taking ownership of assigned product collections
  • Building content plans across pillars for each collection
  • Driving the production of 40–50 videos across pillars for each collection
  • Ensuring collections maintain a healthy pipeline of fresh, usable content

Research and Ideation

  • Using tools like One Peak, Ads Library, internal swipe folders, and other research systems to study content that is already working
  • Translating those ideas into concepts ITURA can realistically execute
  • Generating variations of strong concepts rather than repeating the same ideas

Scripting

  • Writing scripts for creator-led videos
  • Creating hooks, angles, talking points, and story structures that are suitable for paid ads
  • Improving script quality over time so more content is usable and test-worthy

UGC Creator Management

  • Assigning content to creators
  • Managing creators day to day as their liaison
  • Briefing creators clearly and following up on deadlines
  • Requesting revisions where needed
  • Supporting creators through the production process
  • Recruiting and onboarding new UGC creators when needed

Workflow and Tracking

  • Tracking every stage of content production in Notion
  • Keeping content organized from idea to delivered file
  • Making sure content is stored properly in Google Drive
  • Using WhatsApp and other internal tools to keep communication and delivery moving smoothly

Performance-Minded Execution

  • Creating more of what is working
  • Helping the team test fresh creative consistently
  • Letting go of weak ideas quickly
  • Contributing to stronger winning ad rates and better performance from assigned collections

What Success Looks Like

In this role, success will look like:

  • Your assigned collections are being managed well and producing content consistently
  • Content volume is strong and reliable
  • Scripts are clear, usable, and strategically sharp
  • Creators submit on time and require less chasing
  • More of your content gets approved and published
  • Your collections contribute winning creative ideas to the paid media system
  • Weak concepts are identified quickly and replaced with stronger ones
  • The content engine becomes more organized, more scalable, and less dependent on founder involvement

We expect this role to contribute toward collections that can achieve a minimum ROAS of 3, with stronger collections and winning creatives aiming for 5 to 7 ROAS over time.

  • UGC creators assigned to your collections
  • the founder and wider content/growth team where needed

You are a strong content operator who can combine creative thinking with production discipline.

You are likely someone who:

  • Has a sharp eye for what makes content work
  • Can turn research into concepts and concepts into scripts
  • Is highly organized and strong with follow-up
  • Can manage multiple creators and moving parts at once
  • Is confident, open-minded, and resilient
  • Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment
  • Understands that content needs to do more than look good, it needs to perform

What We’re Looking For

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience in content production, UGC management, creative operations, or digital content management
  • Strong scripting ability
  • Experience managing creators, freelancers, or external contributors
  • Experience using tools like Notion, Google Drive, and WhatsApp to manage workflow
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good taste, strong judgment, and the ability to move quickly
  • A performance-minded approach to content, especially for paid social or ecommerce brands

Experience working in ecommerce, DTC, beauty, fashion, jewelry, or creator-led advertising environments is a strong advantage.
