What is your jewelry made of?

Each one of our pieces are handcrafted and made with either gold filled, solid gold or silver 18k gold plated materials.

Meaning you can say goodbye to tarnishing or jewelry turning black, and say hello to pieces you can wear everyday for years without any issue.

Does your jewelry cause allergies?

Our pieces are free from common allergens like nickel, making them suitable for those with sensitive skin or metal allergies.

Will water cause my jewelry to tarnish?

No, it will not. Our gold-filled, vermeil, and sterling silver jewellery are designed to resist the normal wear & tear from water.

However, some items with unique gemstones may be exceptions, and these are clearly marked.

How should I care for my jewelry?

After wearing your jewelry, gently wipe it with a soft cloth.

Store your jewelry in an airtight bag or box, when not in use.

Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals, such as chlorine in swimming pools, perfumes, hairsprays, amongst others.

For cleaning, use lukewarm water & mild soap.

Polish your jewelry frequently for that extra shine.

Can I track my order?

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one discount code can be used per order; they cannot be combined.

What is your processing time?

Our processing time is 24 to 48 hours.

Note that this may extend during holidays due to higher order volumes.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept a variety of internationally recognized credit cards or debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.

Additionally, we offer several local payment options, which vary by country.

Is it possible to change my shipping address or modify my order?

You may change your shipping address prior to placing an order or within twenty-four hours thereafter. If you contact us beyond this timeframe, we cannot ensure the change will be applied, as the order might have already been dispatched.

Our goal is to expedite the shipping process as soon as orders are confirmed.

Likewise, order modifications are only feasible within twenty-four hours following the order placement.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are permitted within one hour of placement. Beyond this period, your jewellery might be in production, and cancellation may no longer be feasible.

Shipping

Is free shipping available?

We provide complimentary shipping for orders exceeding a specified value.

Will I incur customs or duty fees?

There are no additional customs or duty fees, as these are included in the shipping cost.

What is the shipping duration?

Shipping in Lagos takes 24 to 48 hours depending on demand.

Shipping outside Lagos takes about 3 working days. All delivery methods are insured.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

In the event an order is marked as delivered, but not received, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the delivery service to locate the package.

We are not responsible for packages once they have left our facility, however we will provide as much support in recovering the lost or stolen package as we can.

Returns

What is the return policy?

Items can be returned within thirty days of the order date, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging.

You are responsible for shipping the package back to us.

Returns are processed within 1 - 2 weeks after reception.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as it is processed.

Then you will receive either a store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.

Can I exchange my jewelry before it is shipped?

You may exchange your jewelry for the same item in a different colour or size, or subject to availability.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Each jewelry order comes with a complimentary gift pouch, ready for gifting at no extra cost. All other items in that order will be presented in a lovely envelope and sleeve, also prepared for gifting.

Orders are accompanied by packing slips that do not display prices.

In our commitment to sustainability, we limit one complimentary gift pouch per order.

Is there a store where I can try on your jewelry?

Our sales are exclusively through our website, allowing us to offer luxury-quality products at significantly lower prices compared to traditional luxury brands.

However, we have a physical store, which you can visit for a better view of a specific product.

Store visits are made on appointment only.
