Repairs & Replacements

If your piece needs a little
care and restoration, we’ll repair it and send it back—good as new. If it’s beyond repair and still within your 1 year full replacement warranty period, we’ll replace it or offer you a store voucher.

Ring Resizing

We can resize most rings up to two sizes up or down. However, some designs can't be resized due to their structure. If you’re unsure, contact our Customer Care team before purchasing.
