925 sterling silver

Our pieces are crafted from 100% recycled 925 sterling silver, a 92.5% pure silver alloy built for strength and daily wear. The result is a cool, luminous tone of fine silver shine that holds up over time. Sterling silver is a high-quality material that continues to rise in value as global supply grows scarcer. It's nickel-free and hypoallergenic, making it a great option for sensitive skin. Many of our sterling silver pieces are rhodium plated for added skin comfort and durability, so you can wear them confidently every day.

Gold vermeil

We plate a 925 sterling silver base in a thick layer of real 18k gold, at least 3 microns deep. That's six times thicker than regular gold-plated jewelry, and 100 times thicker than flash-plated pieces. True vermeil means real gold over a sterling silver base, at a thickness that meets the legal minimum of 2.5 microns, and we go beyond that standard. If it's not gold over sterling silver, it's not vermeil.

Replating Service

Noticing the gold finish on your 18k Gold on 316L piece losing its shine? We'll happily replate it to restore its original brilliance.

Repairs & Replacements

If your piece needs a little care and restoration, we'll repair it and send it back good as new. If it's beyond repair and still within your 3-year warranty, we'll replace it or offer you a store voucher.

Ring Resizing

We can resize most rings up to two sizes up or down. However, some designs can't be resized due to their structure. If you're unsure, contact our Customer Care team before purchasing.

Please note: our warranty doesn't cover accidental damage. So heads up, if your piece is lost, stolen, or damaged by a third party, we can't cover this.
