Necklaces
Necklace lengths vary by piece. Here's where each length tends to sit:
- Choker (37–38cm / 14.5–15in) — base of the neck
- Short (38–42cm / 15–16.5in) — at the collarbone
- Mid (42–46cm / 16.5–18in) — just below the collarbone
- Long (46–55cm / 18–21.5in) — on the upper chest

We believe your most-loved pieces should last. Every piece comes with a one-year full replacement warranty and a complimentary three-year care warranty. Beyond that, we offer lifetime repairs for a small fee.

Replating. If the gold finish on your piece loses its shine, we will replate it to restore the original brilliance.

Repairs and replacements. If your piece needs care, we repair it and send it back good as new. If it is beyond repair and still within the three-year care warranty, we replace it or offer a store voucher.

Ring resizing. Most rings can be resized up to two sizes up or down; some designs cannot because of their structure. If you are unsure, ask our Customer Care team before buying.
