Silver pieces are solid .925 sterling silver. Gold pieces are 18k gold vermeil: the same sterling silver, plated in 18k gold at least 3 microns deep, six times thicker than regular gold plating. Nickel-free and hypoallergenic, and made to be kept.

Warranty
We believe your most-loved pieces should last. Every piece comes with a one-year full replacement warranty and a complimentary three-year care warranty. Beyond that, we offer lifetime repairs for a small fee.
Replating. If the gold finish on your piece loses its shine, we will replate it to restore the original brilliance.
Repairs and replacements. If your piece needs care, we repair it and send it back good as new. If it is beyond repair and still within the three-year care warranty, we replace it or offer a store voucher.
Ring resizing. Most rings can be resized up to two sizes up or down; some designs cannot because of their structure. If you are unsure, ask our Customer Care team before buying.

Lagos: same day when you order before 4pm (₦10,000). Abuja and Kano: next working day when you order before noon (₦15,000). Rest of Nigeria: 2 to 4 working days to your door (₦15,000).

Lagos only. Collect from our Lekki fulfilment centre, or send a dispatch rider to pick up for you.

Wipe each piece with the polishing cloth in your Signature Box and keep it in its pouch when you are not wearing it.
Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or when working out?
Our 18k gold finish and silver pieces on stainless steel are water-resistant and skin-safe, so you can wear them every day.
Give sterling silver and vermeil pieces a break from water.
What does the warranty cover?
Every piece includes a 1-year replacement warranty and 3 years of care.
If your piece fades or tarnishes within a year, we replace it for free.
