Do you have a warranty?
Yes! All our jewelry pieces come with a 3-year warranty, covering manufacturer defects. To take advantage of your warranty, all you'll need is a valid proof of purchase. If you're outside of the 3-year warranty, we can offer you a lifetime repairs service for a small fee which provides you with a brand-new 3-year warranty for extra peace of mind.
Can I shower in my jewelry?
Yes! Our jewelry is made with Gold filled 14-karat gold and 100% recycled sterling silver. This means our jewelry can withstand normal wear and tear from showering and sleeping in it.
Do you offer payment by installment?
We currently do not offer payment by installment.
What's your returns policy?
We offer a 90-day returns policy which is free for customers in Nigeria, Ghana, the UK and US. For our customers outside of the these countries, we offer a subsidy for our returns services - to get started, log into your online account and locate the order.
